ISM Cologne 2026: Inspiration, trends and valuable encounters

ISM Cologne will once again be one of the most important gathering places for the international confectionery and snack industry in 2026. For TOGA FOOD SA, attending the trade fair was a valuable opportunity to experience the latest developments first-hand, gather new ideas and strengthen existing partnerships.

During an intensive week at the fair, it became clear once again just how dynamic, creative and forward-looking the industry is. Alongside exciting new products, the focus was particularly on trends such as innovative flavours, sustainable packaging solutions and new consumer habits. A key part of our visit was the personal exchange with our partners. Discussions with companies such as Henry Lambertz GmbH & Co. KG, KuchenMeister GmbH, GRUPPO COLUSSI, SIGDAL FRANCE, Kelsen Group A/S and PEGI Waffel provided valuable insights into current market developments and future strategies. These encounters are of great importance to us, as they not only strengthen existing relationships but also open new perspectives.

Attending the traditional “Monday Night” event hosted by Henry Lambertz GmbH & Co. KG was a particularly special experience. The event not only offered an impressive supporting programme but also provided an opportunity to nurture existing contacts and forge new ones in an inspiring atmosphere.

ISM 2026 has once again shown us just how important direct dialogue within the industry is. Armed with many new ideas, fresh inspiration and concrete approaches, we look ahead with motivation and look forward to incorporating the insights gained into our daily work.

We would like to thank all our partners and colleagues for the engaging discussions and valuable exchanges – and we are already looking forward to the next edition of ISM.
