Vergani
Vergani is synonymous with the classic Panettone di Milano like no other brand. Since its founding in 1944 in a small Milanese pastry shop, the family-run business has become a mainstay of Italian baking tradition – and remains closely connected to its roots to this day.
As one of the last companies to do so, Vergani still produces its panettone directly in Milan, thereby preserving an authentic link to the city of origin of this traditional cake.

Panettone from Milan
Vergani’s history is closely linked to the development of the panettone. What began as a small artisan bakery has, over generations, evolved into a brand that stands for consistent quality and genuine artisanal craftsmanship. To this day, the products are based on Angelo Vergani’s original recipes and bring the typical taste of Milan to the whole world.
Vergani combines traditional craftsmanship with modern production methods. The brand is regarded as the only company in Milan that produces panettone on a large scale whilst preserving a strong tradition of craftsmanship.
In addition to the classic panettone, the range also includes variations and seasonal specialities that blend tradition and innovation.
